1. Loading and Arranging: The loader delivers capsules to the feed inlet, and a vibratory feeder arranges the disordered capsules into a neat row, then feeds them one by one into the inspection track.
2. Dynamic Weighing: The capsules pass over high-precision weighing sensors on a high-speed conveyor belt. The sensors collect the weight signal of the capsules in real time.
3. Signal Processing: The weight signal is transmitted to the core processing unit, which compares the real-time weight with preset upper and lower weight limits.
4. Judgment and Sorting:
Qualified Capsules: Capsules with a weight within the acceptable range continue along the track and enter the next process.
Unqualified Capsules: The automatic capsule and tablet checkweigher records capsules that are overweight or underweight.
5. Automatic Rejection: When an unqualified product reaches the rejection device, the processing unit issues a command to accurately reject it and place it in the waste bin.
