(2) The weighing instrument displays the real-time weight on the dynamic check weigher. When the display value is 0, the checkweigher is running;
(3) After the digital checkweigher machine is started, the photoelectric switch on the checkweigher performs detection. When it is detected that the packaged items are transported to the checkweigher, the checkweigher stops;
(4) Delay time T1, after the item is completely stationary, the PLC control system communicates with the weighing instrument to read the actual weight of the item on the inline checkweigher;
(5) Compare the read actual weight with the upper limit M and lower limit N of the out-of-tolerance range. If the actual value is within the range of the lower limit N and the upper limit M, the actual weight is qualified, and the delay time After T2, start the checkweigher again, and transport the bags with qualified actual weight to the next link;
(6) If the actual weight is greater than the upper limit M or less than the lower limit N, the PLC control system outputs an out-of-tolerance alarm.
The PLC control system is installed in the automatic checkweigher control cabinet, and the weighing instrument is installed on the cabinet door of the checkweigher control cabinet.The PLC control system communicates with the weighing instrument through the serial port MODBUS 485.
