The dynamic automatic checkweigher system is a selection of automatic weight detection, upper and lower line discrimination or weight classification on the assembly line. There may be some minor faults during use, so how do we solve it by ourselves:
1) Inaccurate weighing of automatic checkweigher system
Solution:
1. Check if any other items touch the weighing tray;
2. Whether the equipment is calibrated, it can be re-calibrated;
3. Whether there is wind blowing against the equipment;
4. Compare whether the static weighing is consistent with the dynamic weighing, if not, it can be corrected by "dynamic learning".
2) The dynamic sorting checkweigher reject device does not work
Solution:
1. First check whether the power supply is connected properly;
2. The power supply is normal, and then click the corresponding "reject port" in the fault detection to see if it is active;
3. If there is no action, check whether the correct rejection port is selected in the rejection port.
3) The static weighing of the inline check weigher system does not match the dynamic weighing
Solution: The weight of the object is in the static state and the winter state, and the weighed result itself has an error, which can be corrected by "dynamic learning".
4) Weighing checkweigher conveyor belt does not run
Solution:
1. When all conveyor belts are not running: check the power supply;
2. When one or two stages are not running: you can check the quality of the motor drive by reversing the motor and the driver;
5) Online high speed checkweigher conveyor belt problem
Solution:
1. If the equipment has abnormal operation or deviations in accuracy and speed, please check whether the conveyor belt of consumable parts is cracked;
2. Check that the conveyor belt has no deflection. If there is deflection, adjust the adjustment devices on both sides until the belt has no deflection;
6) The accuracy and speed of the check weigher
Solution:
1. Check whether the conveyor belt is cracked or deflected. For such problems, the conveyor belt can be replaced or adjusted to the normal position before testing;
2. Check the operation interface to see if the parameter settings are correct; for parameter setting problems, you can reset the value that needs to be set according to the manual, and perform 10 times with the measured product to check whether the accuracy is stable;
